By accessing or using VoterStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or a registered voter in your jurisdiction to use VoterStack. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts & QR Code System

Your personal information is never publicly visible. You are assigned a unique QR code tied to your verified account. This QR code is how your votes and arguments are identified and verified publicly.

4. User Content & Ownership

By submitting content (votes, arguments, petitions, etc.), you grant VoterStack a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it. You retain ownership of your content, but you are solely responsible for it.

5. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

We support maximum free speech while prohibiting illegal content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Voting & Petitions

Once submitted, your vote and argument are final and cannot be edited or deleted. They become part of the permanent public record.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. No prorated refunds are issued. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for the current period.

8. Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and calls for service-related updates. Standard rates apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out of SMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

VoterStack is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
